Are you buying, selling or renovating your home?        After receiving a call from a local realtor selling a 1911 home here in Vancouver, we went to work. First we pulled an original door out from under the house and then designed front entrance panels to reflect the original 1911 design of that leaded glass interior door and at the owner's request incorporated the exterior antique stained glass porch lighting for colour scheme and longer lines when designing the front entrance door with side panels. It was not a problem that one window was actually 3/4 of an inch shorter on one side because we were able to create the illusion that the windows are square by design.   

Change your view by letting the light and 'not the view' through. We create panels to obscure your neighbours balcony or the back alley without blocking the light that passes through. Glass can let the light and creativity pass through into the room to the degree that the view works for you.

"Man with Tenor Sax" is a 2' x 4' Zinc framed panel that was created combining both Tiffany technique with traditional lead came to produce a piece that shows uniquely throughout the day and night. Copper & black patina as well as brass plated lead came bring this piece to life.

"The Whales" The panel depicts a pod of Orcas swimming on the west coast at sunset. The history of the piece included 106 hours 'on the bench' labour over 21 days to design and construct this tiffany panel using 182' of silver-backed copperfoil and solder. There are 228 hand-cut pieces of glass in panel. This includes 2 pieces of Antique Purple glass and 18 pieces of smooth glass in the sun and sky. The 7 whales are constructed using 29 pieces of black & white glass with the remainder cut from water glass designed to keep the flow of the piece across the water (pardon the pun). It is an original design and measures 18" x 35" unframed. The panel has "re-strip" (hidden reinforcement) across the panel to prevent the glass sagging over time.
